dc.descriptionThis research is carried out in the Community Pharmacies of the city of Babahoyo, dedicated to the purchase and sale of products related to the pharmaceutical sector with the highest quality standards, which contributes to maintaining optimal well-being and health of the local citizens. The objective of this study was to analyze the organizational structure and how it influences the internal functions of the company, due to the fact that there are problems in the segregation of activities, manual of functions, weak teamwork, organizational management and satisfaction of the services of users effectively. The applied methodology is of a descriptive type, which by means of the implementation of the deductive and inductive methods, the particular situations were collected in detail on the subject analyzed. For this, survey and interview techniques were used that allowed obtaining the following results: Community Pharmacies have a weak organizational structure that prevents them from meeting their planned objectives in a timely manner; In addition, the lack of a manual of functions causes that the distribution or segregation of activities is not adequate, added to the lack of communication, teamwork, outsourcing of tasks, has generated to a certain extent that the satisfaction of care services the customer are not efficient.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realiza en las Farmacias Comunitarias de la cuidad de Babahoyo, dedica a la compra y venta de productos relacionados al sector farmacéutico con los más altos estándares de calidad, que contribuya a mantener un óptimo bienestar y salud de la ciudadanía local. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la estructura organizacional y cómo influye en las funciones internas de la empresa, debido a que se presentan inconvenientes en la segregación de actividades, manual de funciones, débil trabajo en equipo, gestión organizacional y satisfacción de los servicios de los usuarios con efectividad. La metodología aplicada es de tipo descriptiva, que mediante la implementación de los métodos deductivo e inductivo se recolectó las situaciones particulares de forma detallada sobre la temática analizada. Para ello se utilizó las técnicas de encuesta y entrevista que permitieron la obtención de los siguientes resultados: las Farmacias Comunitarias posee una débil estructura organizacional que le impiden cumplir con sus objetivos planeados en tiempos oportunos; además, la carencia de un manual de funciones provoca que las distribución o segregación de actividades no sea la adecuada, sumada a la falta de comunicación, trabajo en equipo, externalización de tareas, ha generado en cierta medida que la satisfacción de los servicios de atención al cliente no sean eficiente.es_ES
