| dc.description.abstract | La investigación de cómo se lleva a cabo la gestión administrativa dentro de la IMPORTADORA CHIMASA EN LA CIUDAD DE BABAHOYO sirve para conocer cuál es la estrategia que utiliza el gerente para poder solucionar de una manera correcta los problemas que se presentan dentro de la empresa sin que esta afecte a su funcionamiento. Además, se observan problemas como es la falta de capacitación al personal para que puedan brindar una mejor atención a los usuarios y así mejorar la imagen de la empresa, puesto que el encargado no desea invertir en la misma, otro de los problemas que se evidencia es el equipamiento necesario para realizar todas las labores diarias que deben realizar los empleados, además se observó de igual manera que la cancelación de los sueldos se retrasa mucho por motivos que son explicados en este escrito, se evidenció una disminución en las ventas anuales y la pandemia también fue motivo clave para que las ventas sufran esta variación significativamente en el año 2020, para la resolución del presente proyecto se usará la observación para poder encontrar los problemas presentes y detallarlos, adicional a eso para una mejor comprensión se usa como método la recolección de datos una entrevista dirigida tanto a los empleados que laboran dentro de la misma como al gerente encargado para conocer las opiniones de ambas partes y en base a sus declaración basarse en el análisis del proyecto. | es_ES |
