dc.descriptionThis case study is developed in a descriptive way with a qualitative and quantitative approach, since the interview technique was used, these were carried out through a questionnaire addressed to the owner of the commercial premises "UTEXT", whose activity is buying and selling of textile products such as sheets, awnings, bedspreads, quilts etc. In the Canton Montalvo of the Province of Los Ríos. The objective of the study was to discover the sales levels and through said study to know the factors that influence the low performance of sales during 2018, 2019, 2020 and the first months of 2021. Based on the results obtained, evidence of sales growth; and then reflect a progressive decline during 2020. All this occurs due to different phenomena, the main one being the pandemic, the scarce publicity due to the slow adaptability to the changing environment, the bad appearance of the commercial premises, the presence of unfair competition. This research is subject to the parameters of the Commerce Degree of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Informatics and is framed within the research line: Financial, administrative, tax, audit, control management. And since it is a private microenterprise, the research sub-line is involved: Public and private companies and institutions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste caso de estudio se lo elabora de manera descriptiva con enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, puesto que se utilizó la técnica de entrevista estas fueron realizadas a través de un cuestionario dirigido hacia la propietaria del local comercial “UTEXT”, cuya actividad es la compra y venta de productos textiles tales como sabanas, toldos, colchas, edredones etc. En el Cantón Montalvo de la Provincia de Los Ríos. El objetivo de estudio fue descubrir los niveles de ventas y mediante dicho estudio conocer los factores que influyen en el bajo desempeño de las ventas durante el año 2018, 2019, 2020 y los primeros meses del año 2021. En base a los resultados adquiridos, se evidencia un crecimiento de las ventas; para luego reflejar un descenso progresivo durante el año 2020. Todo esto ocurre por distintos fenómenos el principal la pandemia, la escasa publicidad por la lenta adaptabilidad al entorno cambiante, el mal aspecto del local comercial, presencia de competencia desleal. Esta investigación está sujeta a los parámetros de la Carrera de Comercio de la Facultad de Administración, Finanzas e Informática y se enmarca dentro de la línea de investigación: Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control. Y al ser una microempresa de carácter privado, se involucra la sublínea de investigación: Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas.es_ES
