dc.descriptionThe local Ferri Aguiar is located in the Montalvo canton and has been developing its activities since 2015, it is dedicated to commercializing hardware products at the retail level, despite being in the local market for several years and having a high degree of acceptance by Part of the inhabitants of this area have problems related to sales management that are evidenced in the growth of their sales, being 34% lower for the year 2020 in relation to the previous period, this is due to the lack of application of the administrative processes to carry out sales management, lack of a sales plan, they do not establish a SWOT matrix, they lack marketing strategies, no market study is developed for the implementation of new products, no control of considering the necessary guidelines, they do not have computer systems that allow the activities to be carried out efficiently and they do not carry out a Sales forecast. This study aims to determine all those factors that intervene in the sale management of the hardware store and later an analysis of each of them will be carried out, determining the corresponding causes and effects through descriptive, analytical and bibliographic methods. to consider the research line of the commercial engineering career, financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and the marketing and commercialization sub-line, added to this the application of interview and survey techniques through the respective interview guide instruments and questionnaire of surveys applied to the owner and internal customers of the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl local Ferri Aguiar se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Montalvo y desarrolla sus actividades desde el año 2015 se dedica a comercializar productos de ferretería al por menor, a pesar de encontrarse en el mercado local desde hace varios años y poseer un alto grado de aceptación por parte de los habitantes de esta zona presenta problemas relacionados a la gestión de ventas que se ven evidenciados en el decrecimiento de sus ventas siendo está un 34% menor para el año 2020 en relación al período anterior ésta se debe a falta de aplicación de los procesos administrativos para realizar la gestión de ventas, carencia de un plan de ventas, no realizan el establecimiento de una matriz Foda, carecen de estrategias de marketing, no se desarrolla estudio de mercado para la implementación de nuevos productos, no se realiza un control de ventas considerando los lineamientos necesarios, no poseen sistemas informáticos que permitan desarrollar las actividades de forma eficiente y no realizan un pronóstico de las ventas. Este estudio tiene el objetivo de determinar todos aquellos factores que intervienen en la gestión de venta de la ferretería y en lo posterior se realizará un análisis de cada uno de ellos determinando las causas y efectos correspondientes a través de los métodos descriptivo, analítico y bibliográfico además de considerar la línea de investigación de la carrera de ingeniería comercial gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y la sublínea marketing y comercialización sumado a esto la aplicación de técnicas de entrevista y encuesta a través de los respectivos instrumentos guía de entrevista y cuestionario de encuestas aplicados a el propietario y los clientes internos de la empresa.es_ES
