dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio está enfocado en el Taller Mora”, ubicado en la ciudad de Ventanas dirigido por el señor Félix Mora, este negocio tiene un nivel de ventas moderado al cual acuden los consumidores para abastecerse de los productos que ofrecen, para realizar deportes o simplemente movilizarse, en base a la información recopilada se pudo ver que no se lleva a cabo una buena gestión del inventario ya que no se aplica una buena supervisión y control de la mercadería con la que cuentan. En este caso de estudio se encontró que los problemas son generados por el motivo de que no cuentan con un sistema de inventario adecuado que les permita organizarse eficientemente, por medio de una entrevista al propietario se logró conseguir información que permitió deducir que gran parte de esta problemática es responsabilidad de los dueños, también se aplicó una encuesta a los trabajadores con la que se pudo analizar que no cuentan con un espacio físico adecuado y en consecuencia esto hace que se retrase la atención al cliente.es_ES
