dc.description.abstractLa empresa Comercializadora Santa Rosa inicio actividades en el año 2015, está ubicada en la Parroquia La Unión, Cantón Babahoyo, Provincia de Los Ríos. Ha tenido un gran crecimiento hasta la fecha, pero actualmente presenta problemas de gestión en el área de producción, específicamente en el proceso de faenamiento de pollos generando perdidas de producto que comprometen el 10% de los ingresos económicos de las ventas, para resolver esta falencia deberá implementar soluciones que disminuyan o eliminen la perdida de producto, teniendo como una posible solución el cambio de su sistema de faenamiento. Adicionalmente la gestión del área de ventas deberá elaborar estrategias para fidelizar a su clientela, ya que deberá hacer cambios en su modelo de ventas relacionado con la satisfacción y gustos de los clientes, esto amenaza con la perdida de clientes, lo que se traduce en perdidas económicas. Sin embargo se plantea buscar soluciones que resuelvan este conflicto.es_ES
