| dc.description.abstract | El proceso investigativo que se realizó consiste explícitamente en analizar la deficiente gestión de inventario y así poder determinar cuáles son las diferentes falencias que genera esta problemática, mediante la obtención de datos se estableció que falta la contratación de una persona que se encargue de realizar el proceso de control en el área de bodega, esto como consecuencia genera una falta de rotación de inventario por lo cual la existencias tienen a ocupar espacios por tiempos prolongados así como deteriorarse perdiendo su valor, por tales razones existen pérdidas económicas para el comercial. En cuestiones del ámbito laboral interno se determinó que faltan capacitaciones para los empleados en temas relevantes como atención al cliente, logística, entre otros. La rotación constante de los colaboradores es otra de las principales causantes de los diferentes problemas que se presentan debido al bajo rendimiento, así como también el poco compromiso laboral por parte del personal que labora en este comisariato. | es_ES |
