The methods that were used were inductive because it was based on specific situations of the users to reach a general conclusion; the scientific one that is basic for any investigation, in addition to the bibliographic one that allowed to sustain the information obtained from the users. The survey technique was applied to users of the Babahoyo interprovincial passenger transport cooperative to know first-hand specific information on satisfaction. For this, a structured questionnaire was developed in which different situations perceived by users were asked at the time of use the shuttle service. The research is based on the sub-line of research of the School of Administration of the Commercial Engineering career called “Marketing and Commercialization”.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción en los usuarios de la cooperativa de transporte interprovincial de pasajeros Babahoyo para lo cual se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa que permitirá realizar una serie de acciones tendientes a conocer la situación en su conjunto, se aplicó una investigación descriptiva que ayuda a solventar la información respectiva. Los métodos que se utilizaron fueron el inductivo debido a que se partió de situaciones específicas de los usuarios para llegar a una conclusión general; el científico que es básico para cualquier investigación, además del bibliográfico que permitió sustentar la información obtenida de los usuarios. Se aplico la técnica de la encuesta a los usuarios de la cooperativa de transporte interprovincial de pasajeros Babahoyo para conocer de primera mano información específica sobre la satisfacción para esto se elaboró un cuestionario estructurado en el que se preguntó diferentes situaciones que perciben los usuarios al momento de utilizar el servicio de transporte. La investigación está en base a la sublínea de investigación de la Escuela de Administración de la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial denominada “Marketing y Comercialización”.es_ES
