| dc.description | The Autonomous Decentralized Government of the canton Ventanas is an institution whose main objective is to promote the economic, social and environmental progress of all citizens who live in the canton, where they have a direct, timely and equitable participation in the different projects that are executed. Behavioral patterns function as one of the main axes of the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, the same that are established today as an element of great importance, because they are related to the attitude and way of being of the people who make up the entity, since the organizational behavior depends on it as the key to a successful process to form competitive advantages that contribute to the growth of the organization. However, in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Ventanas there are some inconveniences that are related to the behavior and way of acting of the workers. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Ventanas es una institución que tiene como objetivo principal fomentar el progreso económico, social y ambiental de todos los ciudadanos que habitan en el cantón, donde tengan una participación directa, oportuna y equitativa en los distintos proyectos que se ejecuten. Los patrones conductuales funcionan como uno de los ejes principales de la eficiencia y eficacia de las organizaciones, los mismos que se establecen hoy en día como un elemento de mucha importancia, debido a que se relacionan con la actitud y forma de ser de las personas que integran la entidad, ya que de ahí depende el comportamiento organizacional como clave de un exitoso proceso para formar ventajas competitivas que contribuyan al crecimiento de la organización. Sin embargo en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Ventanas se suscitan algunos inconvenientes que se relacionan con la conducta y forma de actuar de los trabajadores. | es_ES |
