For this purpose, the research line of the commercial engineering career, financial, administrative, tax management, auditing and control was used and the sub-line company public and private institutions that allow to achieve the proposed objective in addition to the application of descriptive research methods , analytical and bibliographic based on a quantitative research through the use of the techniques and instruments interview questionnaire and survey questionnaire that has allowed to determine the causes and effects identified by the person in charge and the collaborators who carry out their activities on a daily basis in the department .es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio es realizado en el gobierno autónomo descentralizado del cantón Ventanas específicamente en el área de guarda almacén donde se analiza todos aquellos factores relacionados a una adecuada gestión de inventarios, no obstante, se han identificado acontecimientos que generan conflictos en esta área y afecta significativamente a las actividades y los resultados que debe obtener tales hacen referencia a: la falta de conocimiento de personal, impuntualidad de personal a jornada de trabajo, deficiente manejo de herramientas tecnológicas, demora en entrega de información, falta de seguimiento a la aplicación de normativa legal, espacio insuficiente, falta de control de flujos de materiales y planificación de compras; los mismos que afectan específicamente al desempeño del departamento. Para efecto de esto se utilizó la línea de investigación de la carrera de ingeniería comercial gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y la sublínea empresa instituciones públicas y privadas que permiten alcanzar el objetivo planteado además de la aplicación de los métodos de investigación descriptivo, analítico y bibliográfico basados en una investigación de tipo cuantitativa mediante la utilización de las técnicas e instrumentos respectivos cuestionario de entrevista y cuestionario de encuesta que ha permitido determinar las causas y efectos identificados por el responsable y los colaboradores que desenvuelven sus actividades de forma cotidiana del departamento.es_ES
