dc.descriptionThis research is based on the analysis of merchandising techniques in "CAFENET.JIREH.NET" due to the fact that problems are observed due to an inadequate distribution of the products on the hangers, it has little space that it is impossible for each product to be distributed correctly and efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction. It also has as a weakness the lack of prices in the products, which generates confusion and discontent; but it is important to note that it has seven trained and motivated workers to create a calm work environment with excellent communication with users. It has efficient management of stock management and therefore it manages to be efficient, which is one of its strengths. It is important to mention that "CAFENET.JIREH.NET" correctly uses digital merchandising, motivating customers to purchase its products through the social networks that are used daily, although it is true that this marketing strategy was used full time at times pandemic, for biosecurity reasons, it was implemented satisfying customer needs and increasing the level of sales within the business. Generating promotions, raffles and offers of the products and in this way encouraging the purchase of the items that you are offering.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEsta investigación se basa al análisis de las técnicas de merchandising en “CAFENET.JIREH.NET” debido a que se observan problemáticas a causa de una inadecuada distribución de los productos en las perchas, cuenta con poco espacio que es imposible que cada producto se distribuya de manera correcta y eficiente para lograr satisfacer al cliente. También tiene como debilidad la carencia de precios en los productos lo cual genera confusión y descontento; pero es importante destacar que cuenta con siete trabajadores capacitados y motivados para crear un ambiente laboral tranquilo con excelente comunicación hacia los usuarios. Cuenta con eficiente manejo de la gestión de stock y por ello se logra ser eficiente que es una de sus fortalezas. Es importante mencionar que “CAFENET.JIREH.NET” utiliza de forma correcta merchandising digital motivando a la clientela a adquirir sus productos mediante las redes sociales que se usan a diario, si bien es cierto esta estrategia de marketing fue usada a tiempo completo en tiempos de pandemia, por motivos de bioseguridad se la implementó satisfaciendo las necesidades del cliente e incrementando el nivel de ventas dentro del negocio. Generando promociones, sorteos y ofertas de los productos y de esta forma incentivando la compra de los artículos que está ofertando.es_ES
