dc.descriptionThe Prosecutor's Office of the Province of Los Ríos, located in the Babahoyo Canton, is an autonomous law institution, whose main competence is to provide public services that guarantee impartial and timely access to the right to justice, where its management must be characterized by attention to quality and with a qualified human talent committed to ensuring the rights of citizens. For this reason, the objective of the research focuses on analyzing the level of satisfaction that users who attend the aforementioned institution have. The methodology used is constituted as follows: it has a descriptive scope; since all the findings of the investigation are narrated, the types of investigation are field and documentary; while, the techniques used as a study tool are the survey aimed at citizens to determine the quality of the service they receive and an interview with an official of the Public Prosecutor's Office, using as a resource the investigation instruments with questions aimed at obtaining the necessary information , where the following results were obtained: the availability of human talent and the speed of their functions conditions the criminal and judicial processes in the institution, the reception of the lost or citizen requests is immediate, but the speed with which The process is attended to depends on the type of crime reported, the management of the Public Prosecutor's Office does not consider the SERVQUAL model, which prevents knowing the level of user satisfaction. Public officials tend to be absent from their job for work reasons or, failing that, for personal reasons and the perception that citizens have is not adequate, they conceive that public officials do not provide the necessary conditions to access the right to access quickly and in a timely manner. dc.description.abstractLa Fiscalía de la Provincia de Los Ríos, ubicada en el Cantón Babahoyo es una institución de derecho autónomo, cuya principal competencia es brindar servicios públicos que garanticen el acceso imparcial y oportuno al derecho de justicia, donde su gestión debe estar caracterizada por una atención de calidad y con un talento humano calificado y comprometido en velar por los derechos de los ciudadanos. Por tal razón el objetivo de la investigación se centra en analizar el nivel de satisfacción que poseen los usuarios que asisten a la institución antes mencionada. La metodología empleada se constituye de la siguiente manera: tiene un alcance descriptivo; puesto que, se narran todos los hallazgos encontrados de la indagación, los tipos de investigación son de campo y documental; mientras que, las técnicas utilizadas como herramienta de estudio son la encuesta dirigida a la ciudadanía para determinar la calidad del servicio que reciben y una entrevista a un funcionario de la Fiscalía, utilizando como recurso los instrumentos de investigación con preguntas orientadas a obtener la información necesaria, donde se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: la disponibilidad del talento humano y la celeridad de sus funciones condiciona los procesos penales y judiciales en la institución, la recepción de los pedidos o requerimientos ciudadanos es inmediata, pero la rapidez con que es atendido el proceso depende del tipo de delito denunciado, la gestión de la Fiscalía no considera el modelo SERVQUAL lo que impide conocer el nivel de satisfacción del usuario. Los funcionarios públicos suelen ausentarse de su puesto de trabajo por motivos laborales o en su defecto personales y la percepción que poseen los ciudadanos no es la adecuada, conciben que los funcionarios públicos no brindan las condiciones necesarias para acceder de forma rápida y oportuna al derecho de justiciaes_ES
