dc.descriptionThe present work is directed to the sub-line of research of the Commercial Engineering career called "Marketing and Commercialization", the factors that affect the commercial management of EMSABA EP were determined, for which a Qualitative methodology was applied that allows working in a context structural and also situational. In the case study, the inductive method was used that allowed starting from specific facts to reach general conclusions of the research, techniques such as the survey and the interview were applied; the first applied to the users of the company and the interview with the person in charge of the commercial area of EMSABA EP. A questionnaire was developed with open questions for the interview and a structured questionnaire for the survey.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo esta direccionado a la sublínea de investigación de la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial denominada “Marketing y Comercialización”, se determinaron los factores que afectan la gestión comercial de EMSABA EP, para lo cual se aplicó una metodología Cualitativa que permite trabajar en un contexto estructural y además también situacional. En el estudio de caso se utilizó el método inductivo que permitió partir de hechos específicos para llegar a conclusiones generales de la investigación, se aplicó técnicas como la encuesta y la entrevista; la primera aplicada a los usuarios de la empresa y la entrevista a la encargada del área comercial de EMSABA EP. se elaboró un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas para la entrevista y un cuestionario estructurado para la encuesta.es_ES
