dc.descriptionINTERDATOS S.A is a company dedicated to interconnectivity with the technological world, that is, it is responsible for serving as an internet provider, manages several branches in different points of the province Los Ríos, one of those is in the city of Babahoyo, said place is located on Av. October 9. This case study aims to evaluate the contracting process at the company Interdatos S.A. in the city of Babahoyo, in order to detect the factors that generate problems in the company. The case study has as its research line "Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management" accompanied by the sub-line "Public and Private Companies and Institutions". The case study will be carried out through the qualitative and explanatory methodology, through the interview and bibliographic consultation that is considered as a useful process in the determination of the problem. As results obtained through the applied technique, there is the scarcity of commitment, the lack of job training, it is also reflected that they do not make an analysis of the work profile, there is labor dissatisfaction and nonconformity in the working climate, which leads to a low profitability of the company and dissatisfaction in the client. It is concluded then that the company Interdatos S.A does not apply an appropriate strategy for the selection of personnel, which has led to a decrease in their income, the ideal thing would be to create effective methods that evaluate the participant according to the needs that the company requires.es_ES

dc.description.abstractINTERDATOS S.A es una empresa dedicada a la interconectividad con el mundo tecnológico, es decir, se encarga de servir como proveedor de internet, maneja varias sucursales en distintos puntos de la provincia Los Ríos, uno de esas está en la ciudad de Babahoyo, dicho local se encuentra ubicado en la Av. 9 de octubre. El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo evaluar el proceso de contratación en la empresa Interdatos S.A de la ciudad de Babahoyo, con el fin de detectar los factores que generan problemas en la empresa. Tiene como línea de investigación “Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control” acompañada de la sub-línea “Empresas e Instituciones Públicas y Privadas”. El cual se realizará a través de la metodología cualitativa y explicativa, por medio de la entrevista y consulta bibliográfica que se considera como un proceso útil en la determinación del problema. Como resultados obtenidos a través de la técnica aplicada, está la escasez de compromiso, la falta de capacitación laboral, así mismo se refleja que no hacen un análisis del perfil laboral, se presenta la insatisfacción laboral e inconformidad en el clima laboral, lo que conlleva a una baja rentabilidad de la empresa e insatisfacción en el cliente. Se concluye entonces, que la empresa Interdatos S.A no aplica una estrategia apropiada para la selección de personal, lo que ha generado que exista un descenso en su ingreso, lo más ideal sería crear métodos eficaces que evalúen al participante acorde a las necesidades que la empresa requiere.es_ES
