Thanks to the great reception they have had decide to increase its portfolio of meat products by opening a new branch called Dismero Fresh to provide you with a better service and variety to the customers Babahoyense, but despite this new decision has not obtained the expected effect because many people are unaware of the products offered, because they have not applied the strategies necessary to gain a foothold in the market. That is why there is currently a deficit in sales because no accurate methods have been applied that allow the consumer to know specifically which products are marketed by Dismero Fresh; for this reason very few consume the meat they have for sale because it is this a new product; another drawback is the lack of variety in the product which produces dissatisfaction in the customer who seeks another place to acquire meat products, causing a deficit in sales. Based on the interview applied to the manager of the area it was known that the methods applied are not efficient enough so it leads to a deficit in terms of the sale of their products.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl comercial Dismero S.A es una empresa en la cual su matriz principal se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos. Gracias a la gran acogida que han tenido deciden incrementar su cartera de productos cárnicos abriendo una nueva sucursal llamada Dismero Fresh para con ello brindar un mejor servicio y variedad a la clientela Babahoyense, pero pese a esta nueva decisión no se ha obtenido el efecto esperado ya que muchas personas desconocen los productos ofertados, porque no han aplicado las estrategias necesarias para darse a conocer en el mercado. Es por ello que actualmente existe un déficit en las ventas porque no se han aplicado métodos certeros que le permitan al consumidor conocer específicamente que productos son los que comercializa Dismero Fresh; por esta razón muy pocos consumen la carne que tienen en venta por ser este un producto nuevo; otro de los inconvenientes es la falta de variedad en el producto lo que produce insatisfacción en el cliente que busca otro lugar para adquirir los productos cárnicos, ocasionando un déficit en las ventas. Con base a la entrevista aplicada al encargado del área se pudo conocer que los métodos aplicados no son lo suficientemente eficientes por lo que conlleva a que haya un déficit en cuanto a la venta de sus productos.es_ES
