dc.descriptionIt is important that the human talent area to manage and have efficient personnel analyze a series of factors that help determine strategies that contribute to the improvement of performance and the normal development of the workers under their charge, with the aim of improving comprehensive development of people, determine if a collaborator is fulfilling their tasks adequately, what aspects can be improved, such as establishing tasks effectively and what decisions they must make to achieve organizational objectives. The need for the management of human talent at Hacienda Clementina to have workers who carry out administrative and production activities with adequate levels of efficiency, will have a positive influence on job performance, which is an indicator that determines whether an employee is complying with their work in an adequate way, where the efficient development of labor competencies helps in the fulfillment of the objectives. The research work carried out demonstrates the situations or processes that human talent management must consider to improve job performance. The general objective of the investigation is to analyze the performance of the personnel at Hacienda Clementina; while the specific objectives are: to determine the organizational weaknesses that condition job performance. The types of applied research are field and documentary research; the techniques used are surveys applied to company personnel and interviews with the human talent manager; which allowed the obtaining of information. The human resource management phases help to meet a series of objectives, including developing a work team with skills, abilities, and committed to achieving the objectives; to promote adequate conditions in the work environment; and to achieve efficiency and effectiveness through the performance of human capital. That is, for job performance to be optimal and sustained, an administration based on the development of human talent is required.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEs importante que el área de talento humano para administrar y disponer de personal eficiente analice una serie de factores que ayuden a determinar estrategias que aporten a la mejora del rendimiento y al normal desenvolvimiento de los trabajadores a su cargo, con el objetivo mejorar el desarrollo integral de las personas, determinar si un colaborador está cumpliendo con sus labores de forma adecuada, que aspectos pueden mejorar, como establecer las tareas de manera eficaz y que decisiones deben tomar para el logro de los objetivos organizacionales. La necesidad de que la gerencia de talento humano de la Hacienda Clementina cuente con trabajadores que realicen actividades administrativas y de producción con niveles adecuados de eficiencia, tendrá influencia positiva en el desempeño laboral, el cual es un indicador que determina si un colaborador está cumpliendo con sus labores de forma adecuada, donde el desarrollo eficiente de las competencias laborales ayuda en el cumplimiento de los objetivos. El trabajo de investigación realizado demuestra las situaciones o procesos que debe considerar la administración del talento humano para mejorar el desempeño laboral. El objetivo general de la investigación es analizar el desempeño del personal en la Hacienda Clementina; mientras que los objetivos específicos son: determinar las debilidades organizacionales que condicionan el rendimiento laboral. Los tipos de investigación aplicados son investigación de campo y documental; las técnicas utilizadas son encuestas aplicadas al personal de la empresa y entrevista al gerente de talento humano; las cuales permitieron la obtención de información. Las fases de administración del recurso humano ayudan al cumplimiento de una serie de objetivos, entre ellos a desarrollar un equipo de trabajo con competencias, habilidades, y comprometidos con el logro de los objetivos; a fomentar condiciones adecuadas en el ambiente laboral; y a lograr eficiencia y eficacia mediante el rendimiento del capital humano. Es decir, para que el desempeño laboral sea óptimo y sostenido, se requiere de una administración basada en el desarrollo del talento humano.es_ES
