| dc.description | The present case study will describe the inconveniences that are arising in the Dr. José Garcés Vera Medical Center in the city of Guayaquil, in the department or storage area. Among the problems that arise is the small space that the area has to store the materials, there is also an absence of inventory which harms when knowing how many materials are stored, that due to this there is a failure at the time that patients are treated and certain supplies or materials are required for the consultation. Another problem that was evident is the lack of organization and planning to acquire the necessary inputs for the operation of the clinic. There is an unfavorable working climate among employees, so it lends itself to disagreements, roses and even in many cases there are disputes and at times they often generate confusion between them. Finally, it was also possible to see that it has inadequate suppliers, since they do not comply or deliver what they requested. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso de estudio se describirá los inconvenientes que se están suscitando en el Centro Médico Dr. José Garcés Vera en la ciudad de Guayaquil, en el departamento o área de almacenamiento. Entre los problemas que se presentan es el reducido espacio con el que cuenta el área para poder almacenar los materiales, también se da una ausencia de inventario el cual perjudica al momento de saber cuántos materiales se tienen almacenados, que debido a esto se da una falla en el momento que se atienden a los pacientes y se requieran ciertos insumos o materiales para la consulta. Otro de los problemas que se evidenciaron es la falta de organización y planificación para adquirir los insumos necesarios para el funcionamiento de la clínica. Entre los empleados existe un clima laboral poco favorable, por lo que se presta para que existan desacuerdos, roses y hasta incluso en muchas ocasiones existan disputas y en ciertos momentos suelen generan confusiones entre ellos. Por ultimo también se pudo visualizar que cuenta con proveedores inadecuados, ya que no cumplen ni entregan lo solicitado. | es_ES |
