SARS-COVID-19 is directly responsible for the global pandemic which has been hitting those responsible for health for a year, this viral picture is a challenge for researchers because of its ability to adapt and continuous mutation, where Its clinical picture is so broad that it is often confused in its diagnosis, the main complication in adults is lung disease, where there is a compromise to the immune system allowing opportunistic infections to proliferate, causing pneumonia that can become fatal. Next, we will present a case study focused on a 20-year-old female patient with SARS-COVID-19, in which a medical assessment and the corresponding nursing interventions were performed. The virus has an average incubation that goes from 4 to 7 days, and can reach a maximum of 12 before presenting a clinical picture, as it has been shown, it has a predilection for the respiratory tract, and there are several forms of contagion although the one that stands out the most is the direct one by microdroplets of flush of carrier patients. So far there have been several treatment schemes that have been adapted and justified according to the current need, one that has given favorable results has been triple therapy involving dexamethasone, colchicine and methylprednisolone, which are responsible for suppress the development of the inflammatory cascade, in addition to medications that are used to alleviate symptoms of the viral process.es_ES
