The real health needs of the individual were identified and prioritized through an assertive and timely clinical nursing judgment, to later apply the care that contributed to the recovery of their health status. This clinical study is focused on individuals with unknowns about the management of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in order to increase the degree of knowledge.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa perdida de sangre proveniente del tracto digestivo alto corresponde a la region proveniente entre el esfínter del esófago y el ángulo de treitz, uno de los sintomas típicos es la presencia de sangre en las heces y el vómito y en raras ocasiones la presencia de sangre proveniente del tracto digestivo bajo, su prevalencia se da más en el género masculino que en el sexo femenino, la constancia de su aparición depende de diversos factores como la presencia de patologías subyacentes, la administración de deteriorantes digestivos, su etiología es diversa las cuales incluyen: ulcera gástricas en el 50% de los casos, inflamación del esófago, estómago, duodeno, aparición de varices esofágicas, desgarros de marllory wess y en el peor de los casos tumores digestivos, es por estas causas que es considerada una de las emergencias quirúrgicas más importantes que ameritan ingreso. El estudio clinico presente demuestra la prestación de cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con hemorragia digestivas altas a través de la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería basado en fundamento científico, de manera integral y sistemático, humanístico, con el objetivo de brindar una atención de calidad y calidez característica en el personal de enfermería. Se identificó y priorizo las necesidades reales en la salud del individuo mediante un juicio clinico enfermero asertivo y oportuno, para posterior aplicar los cuidados que contribuyeron a la recuperación de su estado de salud. Este estudio clinico está enfocado para individuos con incógnitas sobre el manejo de pacientes con hemorragias digestivas altas con el fin de aumentar el grado de conocimientos.es_ES
