| dc.description | The nursing process allows students to understand basic concepts and fundamental activities, in turn fostering critical thinking and improving. Heart failure is a disorder in which the heart is unable to meet the demands of the body, which leads to a reduction in blood flow, therefore the present case study aims to use the process of nursing care to a patient 65-year-old with heart failure, giving it the importance it deserves since it represents an imminent risk for the elderly due to their age and diseases that appear over the years. Applying in the same taxonomy of the North American Association for Nursing Diagnoses, the classification of nursing results (NOC) and the classification of nursing interventions (NIC), which strengthened the capacity and decision-making when establishing activities and keep track of the patient's health. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El proceso de enfermería permite que los estudiantes puedan comprender conceptos básicos y actividades fundamentales, fomentando a su vez un pensamiento crítico mejorando. La insuficiencia cardíaca es un trastorno en el cual el corazón es incapaz de satisfacer las demandas del organismo, lo que conduce a una reducción del flujo sanguíneo, por ello el presente estudio de caso tiene como finalidad emplear el proceso de atención de enfermería a un paciente de 65 años con insuficiencia cardiaca, dándole la importancia que la misma merece puesto que representa un riesgo inminente para las personas de la tercera edad debido a su edad y enfermedades que se van presentando con el pasar de los años. Aplicando en el mismo a taxonomía de la Asociación Norteamericana de Diagnósticos de Enfermería, la clasificación de resultados de enfermería (NOC) y la clasificación de intervenciones de enfermería (NIC), las cuales reforzaron la capacidad y toma de decisiones al momento de establecer actividades y llevar un control de la salud del paciente. | es_ES |
