| dc.description.abstract | Un embarazo ectópico es una complicación grave que ocurre en el embarazo, donde el óvulo fertilizado se va a desarrollar en los tejidos de la pared uterina. Este cuadro clínico estudia el caso de paciente de 21 años de edad con embarazo ectópico de 6 semanas de gestación, que acudió a la emergencia del hospital por presentar sangrado moderado transvaginal, sincope y dolor a nivel de hipogastrio de tipo contracción que se irradia a zona lumbar de moderada intensidad.
