dc.descriptionThis research work analyzes the management of the administrative management of the Ferretería Becerra, located in the Guaranda canton; determine what are the processes that employees maintain within their activities, what their functions are, how they develop them in each area and the results obtained from the administrative management they are carrying out, in addition to determining the work environment, knowing the type of communication they maintain , and the control that is given was the main point. To prepare it, a descriptive and qualitative type of research was used, the interview and survey technique was applied, in addition to the bibliographic review. The administrative situation within the hardware store represents a remarkable effort on the part of the owner who, without having prior knowledge of administrative management, has developed an empirical system, which has allowed him to run his company and expand it for several years, however it is necessary to improve it. Through short, medium and long-term planning, organization of processes so that workers can better develop activities and the determination of activities according to the area, follow-up through internal control. If the owner takes into account each and every one of the steps and guidelines that have been established, because he is focused on improving his interaction process with employees, a mutual benefit will be generated. In this way, greater productivity can be created within the hardware store, which will help the economic growth of the same.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación, analiza el manejo de la gestión administrativa de la Ferretería Becerra, ubicada en el cantón Guaranda; determinar cuáles son los procesos que mantienen los empleados dentro de sus actividades, cuáles son sus funciones, como los desarrollan en cada área y los resultados que obtienen del manejo administrativo que están llevando, además determinar el ambiente laboral, conocer el tipo de comunicación que mantienen, y el control que se da fue el punto principal. Para la elaboración del mismo se empleó un tipo de investigación descriptiva y cualitativa, se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista y la encuesta, además de la revisión bibliográfica. La situación administrativa dentro de la ferretería representa un notable esfuerzo por parte del dueño quien sin contar con conocimientos previos de gestión administrativa ha desarrollado un sistema empírico, el cual le ha permitido durante varios años llevar su empresa y expandirla, sin embargo es necesario mejorarlo, a través de una planificación a corto, mediano y largo plazo, organización de procesos para que los trabajadores puedan desarrollar mejor las actividades y la determinación de actividades de acuerdo al área, dar seguimiento mediante un control interno. Si el propietario toma en consideración todo y cada uno de los pasos y lineamientos que se han establecido, debido a que está enfocado a mejorar su proceso de interacción con los empleados se generará un beneficio mutuo. De esta manera se podrá crear mayor productividad dentro de la ferretería lo cual ayudará al crecimiento económico de la misma.es_ES
