| dc.description | The institution that will be analyzed in the case study is the municipal fire department of the Babahoyo canton. The case study aims to determine the way in which the management of the collection processes is carried out in the municipal fire department of the Babahoyo canton, for which a quantitative qualitative methodology will be used. In addition, a descriptive research was used that allows working with specific data, likewise the inductive method was applied because it started from the specific premises to reach the general ones in the case study. The survey technique was applied, for which a structured questionnaire was prepared for the collection area employees of the fire department with which more information can be obtained for the respective analysis of the collection process that is carried out in the municipal fire department of the Babahoyo canton. | dc.description.abstract | La institución que va a ser analizada en el estudio de caso es el cuerpo de bomberos municipal del cantón Babahoyo. El estudio de caso pretende determinar la manera como se lleva a cabo la gestión de los procesos de recaudación en el cuerpo de bomberos municipal del cantón Babahoyo, para lo cual se utilizará una metodología cualitativa cuantitativa. Además, se utilizó una investigación descriptiva que permite trabajar con datos específicos, así mismo se aplicó el método inductivo porque se partió de las premisas específicas para llegar a las generales en el estudio de caso. Se aplico la técnica de la encuesta para lo cual se elaboró un cuestionario estructurado para los empleados del área de recaudación del cuerpo de bomberos con lo cual se pueda tener mayor información para el análisis respectivo del proceso de recaudación que se lleva a cabo en cuerpo de bomberos municipal del cantón Babahoyo.
