The objective of this study was to apply the Nursing Care Process to an older adult with bladder cancer in order to increase their quality of life, avoid complications, promote their independence and reintegration into their family, work and social nucleus through care based on scientific and methodological. | dc.description.abstract | El CA de vejiga tiene alta incidencia y prevalencia de casos, lo cual ha generado un acelerado número de ingresos hospitalarios, convirtiendo a esta enfermedad en un problema de salud pública. A pesar de la elevada incidencia y morbilidad, la mortalidad no es tan alta, debido a que es éste un proceso oncológico en muchas ocasiones reversible y fácil de llevar con los debidos cuidados. El iagnóstico oportuno de este tipo de cáncer es el método más eficaz de combatir Las complicaciones. el objetivo del presente estudio fue aplicar el Proceso Atención de Enfermería a un adulto mayor con cáncer de vejiga con el propósito de elevar su calidad de vida, evitar complicaciones, favorecer su independencia y reintegración a su núcleo familiar, laboral y social mediante cuidados con fundamento científico y metodológico. En la metodología se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sobre los aspectos más importantes en los cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con CA de vejiga con procesos de Ureteroileostomía se ha realizado seguimiento de un paciente de 72 años, diagnosticado de carcinoma vesical, en conclusión el papel del profesional de enfermería es fundamental para el paciente de cirugía, transmitiendo información sobre el proceso y ayudándole en la adopción de actitudes positivas frente a la enfermedad. | es_ES |
