| dc.description | Nephrotic syndrome is used to define various disorders that occur in the kidney, usually based on the damage of the tiny blood vessels that contain the kidneys, which help to filter toxins and excess water in the blood due to their eminent manifestation of proteinuria in urination (urine). The development of this clinical case was based on a 7-year-old pediatric patient with a medical diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome, information is obtained from his arrival at the hospital unit about his pathology, taking into consideration the needs according to the functional patterns of Marjory Gordon and thus to be able to provide the pertinent nursing care according to the needs. The nursing care process implies an inclusion through a nursing diagnosis that allows to verify the potential problems evidenced in order to plan the activities that will help improve the clinical condition of the patient. Nephrotic syndrome affects more in childhood, being more prone to complications that affect their health. In this childhood stage, vulnerability is more evident and the necessary care must be provided to improve the quality of life of the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El síndrome nefrótico se usa para definir diversos trastornos que se producen en el riñón usualmente se basa en el agravio de los vasos sanguíneos diminutos que contienen los riñones de los cuales ayudan a la filtración de toxinas y el excedente de agua en la sangre debido a su eminente manifestación de proteinuria en la micción(orina). El desarrollo de este caso de clínico se basó en paciente pediátrico de 7 años con diagnóstico medico de síndrome nefrótico, se obtiene información desde su llegada a la unidad hospitalaria sobre su patología, tomado en consideración las necesidades según los patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y así poder brindar los cuidados de enfermería pertinentes de acuerdo a las necesidades. El proceso de atención de enfermería implica una englobación por medio de un diagnostico enfermería que permita verificar los problemas potenciales evidenciados para así planificar las actividades que ayudara mejorar la condición clínica del paciente. El síndrome nefrótico afecta mas en la etapa infantil, siendo mas propenso a padecer complicaciones que afecta su estado de salud. En esta etapa infantil la vulnerabilidad es mas evidente y se deberá brindar cuidados necesarios para mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente. | es_ES |
