dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se basa en la gestión de talento humano en la empresa Constructora Arregui Dávila S. A. la misma que tiene como principal actividad económica el cultivo de babamos y plátanos. La gestión del talento humano permite la comunicación entre los trabajadores y la organización involucrando la empresa con las necesidades y deseos de sus trabajadores con el fin de ayudarlos, respaldarlos y ofrecerles un desarrollo personal capaz de enriquecer la personalidad y motivación de cada trabajador que se constituye en el capital más importante de la empresa, su gente. El objetivo principal de este estudio de caso es demostrar cuales son los factores que influyen en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, los cuales pueden ser: la ausencia de motivación, inadecuado ambiente laboral, falta de reconocimiento a un trabajo bien hecho, objetivos poco medibles o alcanzables, escasa asignación de responsabilidad, etc. | es_ES |
