| dc.description | COOPROCLEM is a Banana Agricultural Cooperative formerly belonging to the businessman Noboa, the main activity of the Company is the production and commercialization of bananas, it has an area of 12 thousand hectares of land where coffee, lemon and bananas are produced and cultivated, currently it is dedicated to the production of cheese and is located in the Parish La Unión which belongs to the city of Babahoyo province of Los Ríos, at the same time, the Clementita production and marketing Cooperative has 12 packaging sectors where the respective process of growing and cutting bananas is carried out in order to be commercialized At national and international level. | dc.description.abstract | La COOPROCLEM es una Cooperativa Agrícola Bananera antiguamente perteneciente al empresario Noboa su actividad principal es la producción y comercialización de banano cuenta con una extensión de 12 mil hectáreas de terreno donde se produce y cultiva café, limón y banano actualmente se dedica a la elaboración de queso se encuentra ubicada en la Parroquia La Unión perteneciente al cantón Babahoyo provincia de Los Ríos a su vez la Cooperativa de producción y comercialización la Clementita cuenta con 12 sectores de empaque donde se realiza el respectivo proceso de cultivo y corte de banano para así poder ser comercializado a nivel nacional e internacional. Para llevar a cabo el trabajo investigativo se implementó como metodología de investigación la entrevista obteniendo información necesaria que ayudó a evidenciar el principal problema que presenta la COOPROCLEM en el departamento de Nómina para de esta manera poder determinar la dificultad que se muestra en el área tratada con el fin de mejorar la situación actual en la que se presenta la institución como tal. | es_ES |
