dc.descriptionThe connectivity problem has become widespread in times of pandemic, the excessive use of information and communication technologies for all activities of household members has made the internet the primary tool to fulfill work and social activities , school and entertainment, the problem is evident in the absence of adequate coverage, there are places where no signal reaches any, which hinders their learning by not being able to access classes, consultations. In addition to the limited coverage, there are other limitations such as the possession of smart phones, money to maintain plans or daily recharges, becoming a serious problem in homes where the economic situation is precarious and that the same pandemic has reduced economic income and sometimes It has left parents without work, for which it is necessary to determine how the current access to connectivity in the students of the ninth year of basic education of the Los Babahoyos Educational Unit, Los Ángeles parish, Los Ríos, affects their learning . For the development of this case study, a qualitative approach will be made, using inductive and deductive methods for the analysis of the information and its discussion and logical deduction with techniques such as the interview and the questionnaire applied to 31 students of the ninth year of elementary school. . As a result, it is evident that students have little connectivity due to geographical location, in certain rural sectors the signal does not reach and in others it is deficient or unstable that makes it difficult to maintain a good connection, in the same way, economic limitations are evident that do not allow hiring of adequate plans to maintain daily connections and for long periods of time, generating low performance.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl problema de conectividad se ha generalizado en tiempos de pandemia, el uso excesivo de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación para todas las actividades de los miembros del hogar ha hecho que el internet sea la herramienta primordial para cumplir con las actividades laborales, sociales, escolares y de entretenimiento, la problemática se evidencia al no existir la cobertura adecuada, existen lugares donde no llega señal alguna, lo que dificulta su aprendizaje al no poder acceder a las clases, a las consultas. Además, de la limitada cobertura existen otras limitaciones como la tenencia de celulares inteligentes, dinero para mantener planes o recargas diarias, volviéndose un serio problema en los hogares donde la situación económica es precaria y que la misma pandemia a reducido los ingresos económicos y en ocasiones ha dejado sin trabajo a los padres de familia, por lo cual se hace necesario determinar cómo el actual el acceso a conectividad en los estudiante del noveno año de educación básica de la Unidad Educativa Los Babahoyos, parroquia los Ángeles, Los Ríos, afecta su aprendizaje. Para el desarrollo del presente caso de estudio se hará un enfoque cualitativo, utilizando métodos inductivos y deductivo para el análisis de la información y su discusión y deducción lógica con técnicas como la entrevista y de instrumento el cuestionario aplicado a 31 estudiantes de noveno año de básica. Como resultado se evidencia que los estudiantes poseen poca conectividad debido a la ubicación geográfica, en ciertos sectores rurales no llega la señal y en otros es deficiente o inestable que dificulta mantener una buena conexión, de igual forma se evidencia limitaciones económicas que no permiten la contratación de planes adecuados para mantener conexiones diarias y por largos espacios de tiempo, generando bajo rendimiento.es_ES
