dc.descriptionThe investigative study carried out at the Peasant Social Security Dispensary of the Huilloloma campus, an institution in charge of providing first-rate medical care to vulnerable populations, which aimed to evaluate user care due to the fact that there are problems in the satisfaction of members. The technique used consisted of descriptive research that will include describing the information of the event studied with the application of a qualitative approach. The techniques applied were the survey and direct observation with their respective collection instruments, the first aimed at the users of the dispensary and the second at the facilities of the dispensary. The results obtained were that the service perceived by the users of the dispensary is regular, which is why they indicated that they have little confidence in the knowledge of the doctors and nurses and the poor attention to the user is due to inconveniences in scheduling appointments as the time to be served.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio investigativo realizado al Dispensario del Seguro Social Campesino del recinto Huilloloma, institución que se encarga de brindar atención médica de primera a poblaciones vulnerables, la cual tuvo como objetivo evaluar la atención del usuario debido a que existen inconvenientes en la satisfacción de los afiliados. La metodología utilizada estuvo conformada por la investigación descriptiva que permitió describir la información del hecho estudiado con la aplicación de un enfoque cualitativo. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron la encuesta y observación directa con sus respectivos instrumentos de recolección, el primero dirigido a los usuarios del dispensario y el segundo a las instalaciones del dispensario. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que el servicio que perciben los usuarios del dispensario es regulares, por lo que nos indicaron que tienen poca confianza a los conocimientos de los médicos y de las enfermeras y la deficiente atención al usuario es debido a inconvenientes en el agendamiento de citas como el tiempo para ser atendidos.es_ES
