The objective of the case study is to know the management of the human talent of the commercial Tiñe of the City of Ricaurte, due to the great dissatisfaction on the part of the clients by the workers who work in the commercial causing dissatisfaction by not receiving the adequate attention they deserve Despite being a very large commercial and positioned in the market and counting a number of workers that cover each job to be carried out in the commercial are the problems with which the company has sufficient reasons to inquire why the workers do not offer good care.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio planteado, busca conocer de una manera mas detalla el actual problema que ocurre en las instalaciones del comercial Tiñe, motivo por el cual se ha planteado el tema concerniente a la gestión del talento humano del comercial Tiñe de la ciudad de Ricaurte, teniendo en cuenta que la gestión dentro de una organización es sumamente importante al estar encargada de que toda empresa se establezca y pueda estar a la altura de la competencia; siendo el área de recursos humanos quienes se encargan de una correcta selección y reclutamiento del personal que forman parte de las organizaciones u empresas, al no contar con una correcta selección hará que los resultados de la empresa no sean los deseados por lo que toda la responsabilidad recae sobre la gestión del talento humano. El estudio de caso tiene como objetivo conocer la gestión del talento humano del comercial Tiñe de la Ciudad de Ricaurte, debido a la gran insatisfacción de parte de los clientes por los trabajadores que laboran en el comercial ocasionando descontentos al no recibir la atención adecuada que merecen pese a ser un comercial muy grande y posicionado en el mercado y contar un número de trabajadores que abarcan cada labor a realizar en el comercial son los problemas con los que cuenta la empresa motivos suficientes para indagar por qué los trabajadores no ofrecen una buena atención.es_ES
