dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se lo realiza en la Empresa Cabrera Cabrera S.A. COMCABSA, una empresa privada perteneciente al Sr. Lindon Antonio Cabrera Cabrera como representante legal, se encuentra en Ventanas, ubicada en las calles Velasco Ibarra entre Av. Seminario y Bolívar, para saber cómo se lleva a cabo el control interno de la misma, que se ha visto afectado con problemas como, la comunicación organizacional, clima laboral, trabajo en equipo, control de entradas y salidas, entre otros factores negativos que afectan de forma directa a los empleados que laboran en la institución y por ende el desempeño eficaz y eficiente de la misma.es_ES
