dc.descriptionIn the city of Babahoyo is one of the branches of the Commercial TIA S.A, located in the street 10 of August, between Calderon and 27 of May, of internal form can be appreciated several factors that demonstrate incidence in the performance of the workers, for this reason it was decided to make this investigative work. The objective of the investigation was to analyze the evaluation of the labor performance of the employees of Comercial TIA S.A. As a method, a study with a descriptive-qualitative approach was used, because through the obtaining of theoretical information extracted and the observation, the incident variables could be verified. The techniques applied for our research work was the survey that consisted of 10 questions with answers in the usual scale, sometimes regular and never. As results we obtained that the factors that influence the evaluation of the work performance are what is the work performance, preference in the employees, labor harassment, demotivation, overloaded hours, labor stress, among others. And in conclusion, the variables that intervene in the labor performance were identified through the evaluation made; all those points that were recognized should be taken into account by the superiors of the commercial "TIA S.A." so that they can elaborate strategies that help to improve or at the same time eradicate those problems that affect the development of the company; and thus maintain a good position in the service that they provide to the clientses_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la ciudad de Babahoyo se encuentra una de las sucursales del Comercial TIA S.A, ubicado en la calle 10 de Agosto, entre Calderón y 27 de mayo, de forma interna se puede apreciar varios factores que demuestran incidencia en el desempeño de los trabajadores, por esta razón se decidió realizar este trabajo investigativo. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la evaluación del desempeño laboral de los empleados del Comercial TIA S.A. Como método se utilizó un estudio de enfoque descriptivo – cualitativo, porque a través de la obtención de información teórica extraída y de la observación se pudieron verificar las variables incidentes. Las técnicas aplicadas para nuestro trabajo de investigación fue la encuesta que constó de 10 preguntas con respuesta en escala de siempre, a veces, regular y nunca. Como resultados se obtuvo que los factores que inciden en la evaluación del desempeño laboral están lo que es el rendimiento laboral, preferencia en los empleados, hostigamiento laboral, desmotivación, horas sobrecargadas, estrés laboral, entre otras. Y en conclusión se pudieron identificar las variables que intervienen en el desempeño laboral a través de la evaluación realizada; todos esos puntos que se reconocieron deberían ser tomados en cuenta por los superiores del comercial “TIA S.A” para que así elaboren estrategias que ayuden a mejorar o a su vez erradicar esos problemas que afectan el desarrollo de la empresa; y así mantener una buena posición en el servicio que prestan a los clientes.es_ES
