| dc.description | When writing this case study, it was possible to analyze that the administration is not only a science that studies the way to execute activities following a process applied in functions. If not that each function plays a vitally important role within an organization, this is confirmed when carrying out the corresponding analysis applying the descriptive method in the case of the Chatesa gas microenterprise, with the aim of knowing uncommon activities within the administration, by its operational staff. Said personnel presented a lack of administrative control. Since there were many events by which the company was being economically affected, this resulted in the Chatesa gas microenterprise needed an emergent administrative plan that would allow it to control each step that its workers take when carrying out the corresponding activities. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Al redactarse este estudio de caso se pudo analizar, que la administración no solo es una ciencia que estudia la manera como ejecutar actividades siguiendo un proceso aplicado en funciones. Si no que cada función juega un papel de vital importancia dentro de una organización, esto se lo constato al realizar el análisis correspondiente aplicando el método descriptivo en el caso de la microempresa de gas chatesa, con el objetivo de conocer actividades no comunes dentro de la administración, por parte de su personal operativo. Dicho personal presentaba una falta de control administrativo. Puesto que existieron muchos acontecimientos por los cuales la empresa, estaba siendo afectada económicamente, esto dio como resultado que la microempresa de gas chatesa necesitaba un plan administrativo emergente que le permitan controlar cada paso que realizan sus trabajadores al realizar las actividades correspondientes. | es_ES |
