dc.descriptionAdministrative management is in decline due to the lack of a pertinent study that determines the optimal distribution of functions in the workers of the Montoya warehouse, this research has been carried out since since 2018 there are difficulties among workers due to the lack of internal space and discomfort among workers due to various causes that have arisen over time, as well as lack of motivation, lack of training as well; When considering the carelessness on the part of the boss at the time of controlling the activities of the workers due to the fact of checking the merchandise that goes out and collecting, all these causes as a whole have created a deficient administrative management by not controlling the planning, organization, direction and control processes. Work stress is another important factor that oppresses the entire operation of the "Montoya Warehouse", this is caused on several occasions by excessive workloads, poor motivations, insufficient salary and even by activities that carry great responsibility. As a whole, there is a deficient level of productivity on the part of the worker, that labor relations are null and that there is labor disorganization and in itself it leads to the non-fulfillment of the objectives set by the warehouse, achieving dissatisfaction about the performance and the profitability of the warehouse. For all the causes mentioned above, the present case study was carried out.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión administrativa se encuentra en declive por la carencia de un estudio pertinente que determine las actividades que se requieren ejecutar y las funciones en los trabajadores del almacén Montoya, se ha realizado la presente investigación ya que desde el año 2018 existen dificultades entre los trabajadores debido a la carencia de espacio interno y la incomodidad entre trabajadores por varias causas que se han suscitado con el pasar del tiempo, así como la carencia de motivación, la falta de capacitaciones también; al considerar el descuido por parte del jefe al momento de controlar las actividades de los trabajadores por el hecho de pasar en caja revisando la mercadería que sale y cobrando, todas estas causas en su conjunto han creado que exista una deficiente gestión administrativa al no controlar los procesos de planificación, organización, dirección y control. El estrés laboral es otro factor importante que oprime el íntegro funcionamiento del “Almacén Montoya”, este es causado en varias ocasiones por las cargas excesivas de trabajo, las motivaciones deficientes, el salario insuficiente e inclusive por las actividades que conllevan una gran responsabilidad estas en su conjunto dan paso a que por parte del trabajador exista un deficiente nivel de productividad, que las relaciones laborales sean nulas y que exista desorganización laboral y en si se conlleve al no cumplimiento de los objetivos trazados por el almacén, logrando un descontento sobre el rendimiento y la rentabilidad del almacén. Por todas las causas mencionadas anteriormente se realizó el presente caso de estudio.es_ES
