dc.descriptionAcademic life in times of covid has generated many changes in the academic system and these changes with these changes come many psychic variations on some occasions, in this case a sixteen-year-old adolescent is presented as the subject of study, who as a consequence of everything to the study modality and the disadvantages that come with it, such as the connection problem, distancing from peers and teachers has caused an emotional imbalance, causing cognitive distortions, which are used to the wrong schemes to decipher the information received from the environment giving a misinterpretation that causes frustration. These situations are what influences their academic activities, in addition to generating anxiety and disturbance due to their thoughts on the patient due to the limitations in which they are. For the execution of the research, techniques are used to collect information, such as interviews, observation, psychometric batteries and later a psychotherapeutic scheme is designed, which is the plan that is followed to work with the patient where cognitive behavioral techniques are used that allow to identify the thought that generates anxiety and with the guidance of the author can elaborate an alternative objectively.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa vida académica en tiempos de covid ha generado muchos cambios en el sistema académico y con estos cambios vienen muchas variaciones psíquicas en algunas ocasiones, en este caso se presenta como sujeto de estudio a una adolescente de dieciséis años que como consecuencia a todo a la modalidad de estudio y las desventajas que vienen con él, como el problema de conexión, el distanciamiento con sus pares y maestros ha ocasionado un desbalance emocional, causando distorsiones cognitivas, que se refieren a los esquemas equivocados de descifrar la información que se recibe del medio dando una mala interpretación que causa frustración. Estas situaciones son la que influye en sus actividades académicas, además de generar ansiedad y perturbación a causa de sus pensamientos en la paciente por las limitaciones en las que se encuentra. Para la ejecución de la investigación se utilizan técnicas para la recolección de la información, como la entrevista, la observación, baterías psicométricas y posteriormente se diseña esquema psicoterapéutico que es el plan que se sigue para trabajar con el paciente en donde se utilizan técnicas cognitivas conductuales que permiten identificar el pensamiento que genera ansiedad y con la guía de la autora pueda elaborar una alternativa de manera objetiva.es_ES
