Paciente femenino de 30 años de edad diagnosticado con astenopia y alteración visual.
Abstract
Dentro del estudio de este caso clínico se destaca la importancia debido a que la alteración visual (Astenopia) causa una serie de problemas por actividades cotidianas como ver televisión, conducir, condiciones de luminosidad insuficiente, por medicación, por errores refractivos, falta de sueño, o por causas ambientales, además de la alteración visual de tipo refractivo que presenta la paciente como es la miopía, existen signos como fruncir el ceño, acercase demasiado para leer o escribir, girar o inclinar la cabeza, y síntomas como dolor de cabeza, mareo y cierto dolor alrededor de los ojos todo esto va en desmedro de la salud ocular de la paciente, es por este motivo que se plantea el objetivo de este caso clínico para identificar la causa de la fatiga y la alteración visual del paciente en ambos ojos, y para ello se realizaron exámenes objetivos, examen subjetivo, y complementario, así como los diferentes test ; reflejo de Bruckner, test de Hirschberg, test luces de Worth, test de Ishihara, test But, test de Schirmer, para recabar la información se utilizó el método inductivo el mismo que nos servirá como premisa para plantearnos un razonamiento lógico del caso en estudio además se utilizara datos bibliográficos y se contrastaran con los datos reales que nos aportara la paciente motivo de estudio, como resultado se encuentra que la paciente sufría de dolor de cabeza, ardor, lagrimeo y enrojecimiento de los ojos sobre todo al realizar las tareas de estudio con aparatos electrónicos como la computadora o el celular al no utilizar lentes con filtros de protección para estos equipos, luego de un estudio minucioso de los exámenes Optométricos se concluye que el defecto visual de la paciente es una miopía como defecto refractivo y una fatiga ocular por estrés.
