| dc.description | This case study was carried out in a 22-year-old girl who presents simple myopia, in the results of the complementary examinations anomalies were found that suggest a suspicion of juvenile glaucoma, this research is based on determining the glaucoma suspicions in relation to correlation myopia contributing data to future research carried out in the field of visual health. In which, according to detailed studies in this research, they affirm that people with myopia are more likely to develop glaucoma, generating visual impairment. Being a subject of much criticism and controversy since most of the population worldwide suffers from myopia; For this reason, the types of glaucoma, myopia and what their causes would be are described. Many authors give their opinion between the relationship of myopia with glaucoma in which they manifest the process that occurs in the internal structure of the eye so that this affectation is achieved. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se lo realizo en una joven de 22 años de edad la cual presenta una miopía simple, en los resultados de los exámenes complementarios se encontraron anomalías que nos sugieren una sospecha de glaucoma de carácter juvenil, esta investigación se basa en determinar las sospechas de glaucoma en relación con la miopía de correlación aportando datos a futuras investigaciones que se realicen en el campo de la salud visual. Según estudios detallados en esta investigación afirman que las personas con miopía tienen más probabilidad de desarrollar un glaucoma, generando una discapacidad visual. Siendo un tema de mucha crítica y controversia ya que la mayor parte de la población a nivel mundial sufre de miopía; por esta razón se describe los tipos de glaucoma, miopía y cuáles serían sus causas. Muchos autores dan su opinión entre la relación de la miopía con el glaucoma en la que manifiestan el proceso que ocurre en la estructura interna del ojo para que se logre dar esta afectación. | es_ES |
