In this clinical case, the case of a 6-year-old female patient is presented who has had learning problems and problems in her daily life due to having difficulties in her vision, this due to an anisometric amblyopia not detected in the first years of life of the infant. She appeared at a good age since her ocular plasticity will allow her to have an almost complete or complete recovery. Anisometropic amblyopia is one of the most common alterations in children, in this case it presented unilaterally in the right eye and his left eye has hyperopia. there is a diopter difference between both eyes of 2.00 diopters. The objective of the present clinical case is to provide adequate treatment for amblyopia and obtain the expected results. We use a methodology based on the analysis of the clinical history (reason for consultation, signs and symptoms), different tests were performed such as Visual acuity, Refraction, Biomicroscopy, Stereopsis, Binocularity, Convergence, Color perception and an ophthalmologist was referred as a complementary examination for rule out any pathology. The recommended treatment is patch therapy at home and in the office for a successful recovery.es_ES
