dc.descriptionMetabolic diseases are generally caused by unhealthy behaviors and lifestyles, which lead to metabolic disorders such as obesity, lipid and carbohydrate disorders. Dyslipidemia or hyperlipidemia, in a health problem related to the metabolism of fats, these are produced by an elevation of total cholesterol greater than 200mg / dl and triglycerides greater than 150 mg / dl; Currently, this problem is considered a risk factor for atherosclerosis that increases the morbidity rate from cardiovascular diseases worldwide; Obesity is a health problem that affects billions of people of different ethnic groups and ages, weight gain is related to poor eating habits in the population. The present clinical case study refers to a 40-year-old female woman with a history of polycystic syndrome and overweight; He refers that two years ago, through a check-up, they detected high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides; He mentions that in the last few days nausea, vomiting, headache have occurred, which is why I seek medical attention; On normal physical examination without incident; The nutritional assessment reflected an overweight BMI 26.9kg / m2 with increased cardiovascular risk evidenced with a waist circumference of 97 cm. His biochemical tests indicated hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia and elevated LDL and decreased HDL; After collecting all the data, the patient is diagnosed with Mixed Dyslipidemia, for which she is sent to the nutrition service for intervention and nutritional treatment; An individualized dietary plan was made that was adjusted to the problems present in the patient, a feeding model was prescribed following the guidelines of the Mediterranean diet, which was divided into 4 meal times; A monthly follow-up and monitoring will be carried out, analyzing anthropometric, biochemical, clinical and dietary data to check if the nutritional intervention had results.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas enfermedades metabólicas por lo general se producen por conductas y estilos de vida insanos, mismas que se derivan en alteraciones metabólica como obesidad, trastornos de los lípidos y de los glúcidos. La dislipidemia o hiperlipemia, en un problema salud relacionado con el metabolismo de las grasas, estas se producen por una elevación del colesterol total superior a 200mg/dl y triglicéridos superior a 150 mg/dl; Actualmente este problema se considera un factor de riesgo de aterosclerosis que aumenta la tasa de morbilidad por enfermedades cardiovasculares a nivel mundial; La Obesidad es un problema de salud sanitaria que afecta a billones de personas de diferentes etnias y edades, el aumento de peso está relacionado a los malos hábitos alimentarios de la población. El presente estudio de caso clínico, hace referencia a una mujer de sexo femenino de 40 años de edad, con antecedentes de síndrome poliquísticos y sobrepeso; Refiere que hace dos años mediante un chequeo le detectaron niveles altos de colesterol y triglicéridos; Menciona que en los últimos dias se ha presentado nauseas, vómitos, cefalea, motivo por el cual busco atención medica; Al examen físico normal sin novedad; la valoración nutricional reflejo un IMC 26.9kg/m2 sobrepeso con riesgo cardiovascular incrementado evidenciado con un perímetro de cintura de 97 cm, sus exámenes bioquímicos realizados indiciaron hipertrigliceridemia, hipercolesterolemia y LDL elevado y HDL disminuido; Luego de recopilar todos los datos la pacientes es diagnosticada con Dislipidemia Mixta, por lo que es enviada al servicio de nutrición para su intervención y tratamiento nutricional; Se realizó un plan dietoterapeutico individualizo que se ajustó a los problemas presente en la paciente, se prescribió un modelo de alimentación siguiendo las pautas de la dieta mediterránea, la cual fue fraccionada en 4 tiempos de comidas; Se realizara un seguimiento y monitoreo mensual analizando datos antropométricos, bioquímicos, clínicos y dietéticos para así comprobar si la intervención nutricional tuvo resultados.es_ES
