This clinical case has as its theme: 43-year-old female patient with a personal history such as dyslipidemia and overweight, which requires the intervention of the nutritionist to improve the patient's nutritional status, to diagnose and provide the appropriate and personalized treatment that it requires accompanied by follow-up and monitoring. Through the nutritional assessment of the patient through anthropometric, biochemical, clinical and dietary indicators, as a result we can observe that he presents a body mass index of 28.64 kg / m2 according to the World Health Organization (WHO), a plan was also developed food adjusted and personalized to your caloric needs, without forgetting the education provided to the patient through nutritional counseling and talks. dc.description.abstractLa dislipidemia hace referencia a la alteración del perfil lipídico, cuando su origen es genético suele ser por la alteración del metabolismo, tanto las dislipidemia genética como las dislipidemia adquirida tienes los mismos signos y síntomas, los más frecuentas suelen ser el arco corneal, la acantosis nigricands, xantomas palmares y complicaciones como ateromas. Este caso clínico tiene como tema: Paciente de sexo femenino de 43 años de edad con antecedentes personales como dislipidemia y sobrepeso, la cual requiere la intervención del nutricionista para mejorar el estado nutricional del paciente, para diagnosticar y brindar el tratamiento adecuado y personalizado que requiere acompañado del seguimiento y monitoreo. Mediante la valoración nutricional del paciente mediante indicadores antropométricos, bioquímicos, clínicos y dietéticos, como resultado podemos observar que presente un índice de masa corporal de 28,64 kg/m2 según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), también se elaboró un plan de alimentacion ajustada y personalizada a sus necesidades calóricas, sin olvidar la educación brindada al paciente mediante consejería nutricional y charlas. Cabe recalcar que se obtuvo un buen resultado en esta intervención nutricional, con evidencias significativas, cambiando su estilo de vida de sedentario, ahora realiza actividad física y lleva una mejor alimentacion.es_ES
