The social communication media are in charge of transmitting in a practical and interactive way a message with society, which will be passively or actively involved with said information. They are relevant messengers for a Nation, town or region, since it has great political, economic, social and cultural power over its subjects, who are its faithful consumers. They are great protesters and bearers of essential decisions, there will always be a commotion towards their listeners, readers or viewers, whether positive or negative, however there will be a process of unconscious interaction with the environment in which it expands. Every medium is important, be it local, national or international, because each one fulfills important roles, however, currently all have been forced to incur interesting methods, based on the tools offered by technology, since The recent health crisis has caused social distancing, and an indefinite quarantine, which prohibits any act of approaching other people. This documentation is based and structured in 2 chapters, the first will define the topic: "The role of the media during the health crisis", and the approach to the problem, followed by a methodological framework explaining in detail everything related to the aforementioned topic, as well as the object of the investigation. The next chapter will develop the case study, the findings, the solutions proposed, Conclusions and, finally, it is offered to somehow improve the problems found in the present study through the recommendations. The project has been directed towards a quantitative methodology, to determine the pertinent solutions to this social problem,es_ES
