| dc.description | Dehiscence is a surgical complication in which the wound separates or opens suddenly, usually over a suture line. Surgical dehiscences affect both the physical, mental and social health of the patient and the health system, as hospitalization increases to 9.4 days and readmissions per month up to 61%. In order to obtain a Nursing Care Process that guarantees health well-being in a patient with post-caesarean section dehiscence, a physical assessment was carried out, by means of functional patterns and analysis of complementary examinations, which allowed determining the nursing diagnoses by identifying the altered patterns, through the elaboration of elaborating the interventions that helped the recovery of the patient. The results were favorable, obtaining a hemodynamic balance and satisfactory hospital discharge. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La dehiscencia es una complicación quirúrgica en el que la herida se separa o se abre repentinamente, por lo regular sobre una línea de sutura. Las dehiscencias quirúrgicas repercuten tanto en la salud física, mental y social del paciente como en el sistema de salud, pues aumenta hasta los 9,4 días la hospitalización y hasta un 61% los reingresos al mes. Con fin de obtener un Proceso de Atención de Enfermería que garantice el bienestar de salud en una paciente con dehiscencia post cesárea, se efectuó una valoración física, por medios de patrones funcionales y análisis de exámenes complementarios los cuales permitieron determinar los diagnósticos de enfermería identificando los patrones alterados, a través de la elaboración de elaborando las intervenciones que ayudaron a la recuperación de la paciente.
