dc.descriptionThis project was carried out to meet the need to improve the storage process with the implementation of a software for the management of materials, in the company ELECTCONSTRU S.A. For which the study was carried out and the necessary information was collected to improve information processing, which is currently done manually, generating problems and little reliability when wanting to liquidate a project. To carry out this project, a descriptive field study was implemented, surveys were implemented to find out how the company was handling the materials, quantitative and qualitative methods were used. Once all the important requirements had been obtained, the conceptual method in which the objects are represented and show a simplified vision of the system was developed, models were used to meet the objective of managing materials from the company's warehouse, providing safe and reliable information to aid in future decision making.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste proyecto fue realizado para atender la necesidad de mejorar el proceso de almacenaje con la implementación de un software para la administración de materiales, en la empresa ELECTCONSTRU S.A. Para lo cual se realizó el estudio y se recopilo información necesaria para mejorar el procesamiento de información lo que al momento se realiza de manera manual, generando problemas y poca confiabilidad al momento de querer liquidad un proyecto. Para llevar a cabo este proyecto se implementó un estudio de campo tipo descriptivo, se implementaron encuestas para saber cómo estaba la empresa manejando los materiales se utilizaron los métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos. Una vez obtenidos todos los requerimientos importantes se elaboró el método conceptual en el cual se representa los objetos y mostrar una visión simplificadas del sistema, se emplearon modelos para para cumplir el objetivo de administrar materiales de la bodega de la empresa, proporcionando información segura y confiable que ayude en la toma de decisiones futuras.es_ES
