| dc.description | This case study seeks to contribute to improving the management of information security within the department of the Political Headquarters of the Canton Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno since today information is considered very important in any type of independent organization of its size and nature. These can be increasingly vulnerable, some of the causes of this problem are technological threats since these are part of the daily life of each company or organization, this causing the risk of the integrity of said information for which it is necessary an implementation of procedures through ISO 27005 standards. | dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio procura contribuir a mejorar la gestión de seguridad de la información dentro del departamento de la Jefatura Política del Cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno ya que hoy en día la información es considerada muy importante en cualquier tipo de organización independiente de su tamaño y naturaleza estas pueden ser cada vez más vulnerables, algunas de las causas de este problema son las amenazas tecnológicas ya que estas son parte de cotidianeidad en la vida de cada empresa u organización provocando así el riesgo de la integridad de dicha información por lo cual se hace necesario una implementación de procedimientos mediante normas ISO 27005 . Dentro de la metodología utilizada en nuestra búsqueda, optamos por la inductiva para de esta manera recolectar información necesaria, además esta nos permite la realización de encuesta que se encuentra dirigida al personal encargado en el departamento de la Jefatura Política, en los resultados se determinó la gran importancia de realizar este tipo de implementación de normas ya que de esta manera mejore el control de seguridad de la información. | es_ES |
