| dc.description | The main objective of this research process was to carry out a feasibility study to establish the importance of the development and implementation of a web application as an alternative computer solution to the problems found in the Babahoyo Technical University Baking Unit, in order to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation process of the Institutional Annual Operating Plan. Through the interview with the head of the planning unit, it was found that the use of office automation tools used for this process of monitoring and evaluating the Institutional Annual Operational Plan are not the most appropriate, since it does not allow a correct integration of the information, becoming a laborious and incomplete work. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de este proceso investigativo fue realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la establecer la importancia del desarrollo e implementación de una aplicación web como alternativa de solución informática a los problemas encontrados en la Unidad de Panificación de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, en miras de fortalecer el proceso de seguimiento y evaluación del Plan Operativo Anual Institucional. A través de la entrevista dirigida al responsable de la unidad de planificación se pudo comprobar que el uso de las herramientas ofimáticas utilizadas para este proceso de seguimiento y evaluación al Plan Operativo Anual Institucional no son las más adecuadas, ya que no permite una correcta integración de la información, tornándose un trabajo laborioso e incompleto. | es_ES |
