| dc.description | The clinical case under study is about a 75-year-old patient, who was discharged from the hospital 10 days ago for decompensation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) plus Right Basal Pneumonia, went to the hospital for worsening of basal dyspnea accompanied by expectoration more fever (37.8 ° C). After performing different examinations and tests on the patient, a diagnosis was reached, which is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) plus Right Basal Pneumonia, that was the case for which the patient was admitted to the hospital. The case focuses on complying with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a disease of great consideration due to many death records since it is the disease of much continuity in the age of majority worldwide, it will be very important to examine the dangers of the disease and what are the consequences that a person can have in life. The purpose of the study is to know the kinds of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) from the studies carried out. | dc.description.abstract | El caso clínico que se estudia es sobre un paciente de 75 años, que fue dado de alta del hospital hace 10 días por descompensación Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC) más Neumonía Basal Derecha, acude al hospital por empeoramiento de disnea basal acompañado de expectoración más fiebre (37.8°C). Luego de realizar al paciente diferentes exámenes y pruebas se llegó a un diagnóstico, que es Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC) más Neumonía Basal Derecha ese fue el caso por lo cual es ingreso el paciente al hospital. El caso se enfoca en acatar a la Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC) es una enfermedad de gran consideración por mucho registro de muerte ya que es la enfermedad de mucha continuidad en la mayoría de edad a nivel mundial, será de mucha importancia examinar los peligros de la enfermedad y cuáles son las consecuencias que puede tener de vida una persona. El propósito del estudio es saber las clases de Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC), de los estudios realizados. Se termina diciendo que la Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC), presentan la obstrucción de las vías aéreas y una mala mecánica respiratoria y la neumonía basal es una infección de uno o los pulmones son causaos por muchos gérmenes, como bacterias virus u hongos. | es_ES |
