| dc.description | Acute renal failure (IRE) is the sudden deterioration of kidney function over hours or days, generally defined as increase in blood creatinine of 0.5mg/dl/da. In the present clinical case, the situation of a 50 year old patient with acute renal failure after having undergone surgery for the amputation of the big toe of the right foot is described. Thus the relevant signs and symptoms presented by the patient with are abdominal pain, constipation, vomiting and lower limb edema, previous pathology is complicated due to the family history of hypertension and habits that the patient presents, after the evaluation, a nursing care plan has been created to improve the patients quality of life. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Insuficiencia renal aguda (IRA) es el deterioro brusco de la función renal en horas o días, por lo general que se define como un aumento de creatinina en sangre de 0,5 mg/dl/día. En el presente caso clínico se describe la situación de un paciente de 50 años de edad con insuficiencia renal aguda tras haber sido intervenido quirúrgicamente de la amputación del dedo gordo del pie derecho. Así también se da a conocer los signos y síntomas relevantes que presento el paciente con son dolor abdominal, estreñimiento, vómito y edema de miembros inferiores, previa patología se complica debido a los antecedentes familiares de hipertensión y hábitos que presenta el paciente; tras la evaluación se ha creado un plan de cuidados de enfermería para mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente. | es_ES |
