Trauma has become one of the greatest impacts on society, with a high rate of morbidity and mortality and especially the consequences that are sometimes irreversible, in this case the patient care processes have been implemented by a multidisciplinary team, and also with the nursing care process, a patient with multisystemic trauma caused by a firearm, when speaking of multisystemic trauma, a fan chart opens up because it could be several organs or systems affected. In the present clinical case, it was presented in a 35-year-old patient, with multisystemic firearm trauma, in which the relative reports that he was performing a haircut and the attack began, he was immediately transferred to the Guasmo Sur general hospital to the emergency area where he is assessed, with limited mobility with Glasgow 15 reactive pupils, sensitivity and motor skills of preserved limbs, at the occiput, lumbar spine, right distal phalanx, with entry and exit holes apparently by firearm, with Vital signs: heart rate 68 bpm, respiratory rate 16 x ', oxygen saturation 95%, assessed by specialists, who decided to undergo surgery. After the nursing intervention, timely care was provided based on nursing care, with Nanda's interventions, in which good results were achieved in the patient's recovery through these parameters.es_ES
