| dc.description | Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune pathology, it consists of an alteration of autoimmunity, in which the patient makes an excess of proteins, called antibodies, that attack some of their organs, tissues and cells (affecting the skin, joints, kidneys, lungs, heart and nervous system, etc.) causing damage and inflammation. It is considered a chronic pathology, since no cure has yet been found, but it can be controlled with drugs that help regulate the immune system and stop inflammation. The objective of the clinical case is to apply the nursing care process in a 28-year-old patient with systemic lupus erythematosus, taking into account that the patient was in the ICU, and should state that in recent years this pathology has become a very important topic. worrying in health. Thanks to this case, I can conclude that the nursing care process is fundamental, which must be based on a nursing theorist, in order to achieve knowledge and timely care for the patient according to her clinical case, thus achieving improvements in her sanitary conditions. and therefore an improvement in the clinical manifestations, the most relevant being the joint treatment of the doctor and the nursing interventions, for their speedy recovery. | dc.description.abstract | El lupus eritematoso sistémico es una patología autoinmune, este consta de una alteración de la autoinmunidad, en la que el paciente fabrica un exceso de proteínas, denominadas anticuerpos, que agreden algunas de sus órganos, tejidos y células (afectando la piel, las articulaciones, los riñones, los pulmones, el corazón y el sistema nervioso, etcétera) provocando daño e inflamación. Se la considerada una patología crónica, debido a que aún no se ha encontrado curación, pero, pudiéndose controlar con fármacos que ayudan a regular el sistema inmunitario y detener la inflamación. El objetivo del caso clínico es aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente de 28 años con lupus eritematoso sistémico, teniendo en cuenta que la paciente se encontraba en UCI, debiendo manifestar que en los últimos años esta patología se ha convertido en un tema muy preocupante dentro de la salud. Gracias a este caso puedo concluir que el proceso de atención de enfermería es fundamental, el cual debe basarse en una teorizante de enfermería, para lograr el conocimiento y atención oportuna a la paciente de acuerdo a su caso clínico, logrando de esta manera mejorar sus condiciones sanitarias y por ende una mejora de las manifestaciones clínicas, siendo lo más relevante el tratamiento conjunto del médico y las intervenciones de enfermería, para su pronta recuperación. La elaboración del proceso de atención de enfermería es una herramienta muy necesaria para nuestra futura vida laboral como licenciada en enfermería. | es_ES |
