In some cases, the disease ends with amputation. Diabetic is as infection or gangrene of 5.1% and 20% of them will become cases of lower limb ulcers, more than 50% of non-traumatic amputations correspond to diabetic patients, the time sequence of the appearance of these lesions are as follows: poor metabolic control; neuropathy or vascular disease; external or internal trauma; pre-ulcer injuries; infections; necrosis and death. The diagnosis will be made through clinics and tests, ankle or arm index and Doppler examination. In treatment, it is very useful to carry out a series of rules of education and daily care for patients. Finally, depending on the severity of the infection and the degree of recurrence, different antibiotics can be used to treat the infection (Blanca F. , 2017).
